Welcome to RCP Improvement.  Previously Medical Care - driving change

Medical Care – driving change is a collaborative resource hub to support clinicians and their teams to develop and deliver sustainable improvement, launching on 30 March at Medicine 2023 and online.

Medical Care will drive change by providing access to a wide range of inspiring and accessible resources on health service improvement and highlighting new and innovative practices to support clinicians to improve healthcare at a local, national and global level.

Conversations with Professor Julian Redhead (Don't delete - Test event)

Join us for an interactive follow-up to our recent Improvement Community session, continuing the conversation on urgent and emergency care recovery. Professor Julian Redhead will return to share further insights, and attendees will have the opportunity to engage in open discussion, share experiences, and connect with peers. In our last session, we explored key themes including: Using ED data to drive improvement Resident doctor continuity and training Nurse-led discharges Innovations to reduce diagnostic overuse Concerns around corridor care This session will build on those conversations and help shape ongoing improvement work.

Together, we’ll: Share experiences and challenges faced Outline the specific needs of different groups Begin shaping practical, inclusive resources that help people take their first steps in improvement work. This is a space for honest conversation, collaboration, and co-design. We want to hear from you, whether you're a consultant, doctor, or undergrad medical student.
