Refreshing improvement resources

Join us for the follow-up session to our Refreshing Improvement Resources meeting, where we’ll continue developing the ideas and actions discussed in our kick-off.

We want to build improvement capability for all doctors to drive multi-disciplinary, impactful and sustainable quality change for the benefit of our patients.

A key part of the approach will be to develop our own RCP improvement community and methodology.

Our last session sparked valuable ideas, from simplifying resources and supporting doctors in short rotations, to exploring a unique RCP improvement methodology and the role of coaching, evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. This follow-up is an opportunity to build on that momentum and explore what comes next.
