Join us on 25–26 April 2024 for Medicine 2024 conference at the RCP at Regent’s Park in London and online.
On Thursday 25 – Friday 26 April, we’ll be joined by leading physicians and industry experts for our annual conference. Discover the latest advances in medical specialties and delve into new technologies that will help to improve global healthcare provision.
Across the 2 days, you can get involved with interactive workshops, roundtable discussions and hands-on experiences that will enhance your practical skills.
We'll also be hosting an abstract competition, where you can present your research to colleagues and an esteemed judging panel. Submit your entry by Tuesday 20 February to be in with a chance of winning cash prizes of up to £1,000.
The event will take place at the RCP at Regent’s Park in London and online. All ticket holders will enjoy exclusive access to our online platform, where you can watch all content until Friday 26 July.

If you attend the conference live (either in person or online), you will be able to claim up to 14 CPD credits for learning across the 2 days. The live certificate will become available to download at the end of day 2.
The on demand certificate will become available to download after you have completed your on demand learning.

This session will provide insight into delivering healthcare in a rural setting. It will feature all four of the devolved nations and focus on obstetric, geriatric and emergency medicine.

In this session, speakers will examine the scale and costs of health inequalities, and pinpoint how we can tackle this pressing issue.

Genetics for the generalist
This session will cover what the generalist needs to know about genetics and updates in gene therapies. It will also feature the 2024 Goulstonian lecture, entitled, "ending uncertainty: predicting response to breast cancer treatment using tumour profiling and AI”.

Intensive care medicine interface
Speakers will explore escalation planning in evolving medical developments, with a focus on cardiology, respiratory and geriatric medicine.

Prizes
There will be prizes awarded for the best poster and best presentation given at the conference. The winners will receive £1,000 and the runners up will receive £500.
