As part of ongoing improvements to our digital services, we recently upgraded our CRM system. This caused temporary disruption to some payments, direct debits, event and course bookings. We apologise if you were affected and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve the issue and improve your digital experience. RCP members and fellows can submit expenses claims using our online expenses system.
The system offers multiple benefits to members and fellows including:
- a quick and simple registration process
- a flexible system which allows you to upload copies of receipts from smartphones and tablets as well as traditional scanners and cameras
- automated notifications which update you on the progress of your claim
- less paper and no postage costs
- an online record of all the claims you have submitted through the system
- get paid quicker.
To start using the new system all you need to do is register at the RCP expenses site.
