Upcoming website maintenance
From Friday 10 April to Monday 20 April 2026 we will be performing essential maintenance on our online systems which will allow us to provide a better digital experience to our members.
Logging into our website, booking events, updating your membership details and other systems will be unavailable during this time.
RCP members and fellows can submit expenses claims using our online expenses system.
The system offers multiple benefits to members and fellows including:
- a quick and simple registration process
- a flexible system which allows you to upload copies of receipts from smartphones and tablets as well as traditional scanners and cameras
- automated notifications which update you on the progress of your claim
- less paper and no postage costs
- an online record of all the claims you have submitted through the system
- get paid quicker.
To start using the new system all you need to do is register at the RCP expenses site.
