NRAP has collated a series of case studies which highlight good practice in audit data collection and patient care for COPD. The case studies aim to provide teams with ideas to implement best practice and improve local practice.

To submit a case study to the good practice repository, please download this submission template. When completing this document please consider what information you may have wanted to know prior to beginning on your own improvement programme.
Once completed, please email to COPD@rcp.ac.uk along with any supporting documents or photographs.
